NOTE: Dispatch times may vary during exceptionally busy periods or if orders are subjected to delays or force majeure. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. kc-lighting.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We are currently unable to deliver to post office boxes, B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.



TRACK YOUR ORDER TO YOUR DOOR

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey. If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at sales07@kc-lighting.com and we'll update you on your order's progress.



FULL INSURANCE

kc-lighting.com insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re-attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with the carrier, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and starlandled.com no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
